Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hosting Horizon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Hosting Horizon for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, including through scraping at a scale that burdens our infrastructure; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content, including fake reviews or business listings; or use automated means to submit reviews, votes, or form submissions.
User Reviews: License and Rules
When you submit a review or other content to Hosting Horizon, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you are not affiliated with or being compensated by the provider you're reviewing, and that the content does not violate any law or third party's rights. Reviews are moderated before publication under our Rating Methodology, and we may reject or remove reviews that don't meet our guidelines.
By submitting a review, you grant Hosting Horizon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, adapt for formatting purposes, and distribute that content on Hosting Horizon and in related promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content. Providers may reply publicly to reviews about their listing but may not edit or delete a reviewer's content.
Affiliate Links
Hosting Horizon participates in affiliate programs. Some outbound links, marked with a /go/ redirect, may earn us a commission if you sign up with or purchase from a provider, at no additional cost to you. See our Advertising Disclosure for details. Affiliate relationships do not influence Hosting Horizon Scores or editorial content.
Plan Data and Pricing Disclaimer
Plan details, pricing, specs, and coupons shown on Hosting Horizon are gathered from providers' public websites and other public sources and may change without notice. We do our best to keep this information current but cannot guarantee accuracy at any given moment. Always confirm pricing and plan details directly with the provider before making a purchase.
Business Listings and Claims
Hosting companies may submit a listing or claim an existing profile through our business tools. Claiming a profile requires verification, typically through a company email domain. Businesses may reply to reviews and update their plan information but may not edit, remove, or otherwise alter user-submitted reviews.
Intellectual Property
The Hosting Horizon name, logo, site design, and original written content are the property of Hosting Horizon unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except for normal use such as linking to our pages or brief quotation with attribution.
Disclaimers
Hosting Horizon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hosting Horizon Scores and reviews reflect the opinions of individual reviewers and the output of our rating formula; they are not a guarantee of any provider's future performance. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a hosting provider and are not responsible for a provider's service, billing, or support.
